DAY 03

Goodness, I must be able to keep up!


Day 03: A habit that you wish you didn't have

Snacking Before Bed.. and snacking in general really.

I would say this habit is due to my unnatural swing shift schedule, but who am I kidding? I have been doing this for as long as I can remember. I can't help it if the brown sugar poptarts or cheddar sour cream ruffles call my name at 1am (ok, so maybe the snack shelf is the most accessible shelf in the pantry, but that's beside the point). I have the incessant need to be full when I go to sleep, and chips and cookies are always there to fill that duty. I'm glad that this post is about a habit I wished I didn't have because the blueberry poptarts just popped from the toaster. =]
