What a bummer, I feel like I have not really been in the holiday spirit. Sure, my living room looks like Santa threw up in it, but I just don't feel the peace and joy I normally do around this time of year. I feel like Halloween and Thanksgiving have flown by.. and now Christmas is right around the corner. Tomorrow is my last day of classes for the fall semester, so maybe everything will start to slow down.
Anyways, to recap the last week...
Thanksgiving was fun. Dan and Lara flew in to celebrate with us.
The yummy food... we used a new turkey cooking device this year, so pardon the splotchy turkey.

We all decided to opt out of Black Friday shopping and headed to City Center instead.
And to close the weekend, we drove down to the Nev-Ari border to check out the new Mike O'Callaghan – Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge aka the Hoover Dam bypass. Between the wind and crowds of people, this was the best shot we could get. boo.
Now, if I could just get over this pesky cold, it's time for finals week then... RELAXATION!
