Oh and by the way, I am totally in love with Shutterfly. I had seen so many other bloggers use it, and in a desperate scramble to get our cards done this year, I jumped on the Shutterfly bandwagon. Where have you been all my life Shutterfly?? I do think I'll be on the Sutterfly express for quite a while.. we have so much time to make up for...

It's that time again...
... to pick out Christmas cards! I tried going for a classic modern (I know, oxymoron..) look for our Christmas photo shoot.. and this is what we ended up with. While it isn't Mad Men meets Gossip Girl.. it is cute. Plus, I'm really loving the vintage feel of the card design.

Why hello there, old friend!
I cannot believe I have survived quite possibly the busiest summer of my life. Here is a quick recap:
1. Took 15 credits while still working full time. AND GOT STRAIGHT A'S!!!!
2. Finished my internship, which lead to a full time position in the events department.
3. Planned an awesome charity event for the folks over at Shade Tree Las Vegas and landed in the newspaper!!
4. Finally visited the Grand Canyon with our friends Will & Tara.
10. Celebrated Andrew's birthday with the Jabbawockeez and Korean BBQ.
11. Celebrated my birthday with The Lion King and RM Seafood.

the JANDY
Since Andrew is seriously considering patenting this recipe, I won't ruin his pride and joy by making it public. However, I would really hate for the "JANDY DOG" to go to waste... therefore here are the ingredients..
Ingredients:
Hot Dogs
Buns
Garlic Pickles
Red Onions
Bacon
Eggs
Bisquick Mix
Oil
Lets just say it involves wrapping and deep frying. =]

I spy...
...with my little eye...
...a Christian Dior belt at GOODWILL?
Is it authentic? Who knows.. but how awesome would it be if it was. Of course, I have absolutely no need for a rather large mens belt, so I was so kind enough to leave it for someone that can give it the love it deserves. Note to self: visit this Goodwill again the the very near future. =]

gLeek
REASON 589543 I love my husband: He got me GLEE tickets AND was a good sport about going with me.
=]
By the way, the tickets were outrageously expensive, but all in all it was a good show. Will I be up for another show? Only if it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.. and as long as its not at Mandalay. -_-
Me with my $10 Glee Foam hand.
I <3 Glee. =]
